Who We Are
Nneka N’Namdi, Founder & COO
N’namdi is based in Baltimore and is engaging in communalism and community wellness work. With over 20 years of technical experience, Nneka has diverse knowledge and capabilities, including various areas of the software development life cycle, community arts, and wellness program development. Skilled in creating healing spaces and teaching practical ways of managing trauma, her study and experience include initiation in the practice of IFA, Principles of Trauma Informed Care, and a master’s in management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.
Her artistic experience includes West African dance with Sankofa Dance Theater, Dishibem, Urban Foli, Wombworks, and #BaltimoreGirls. She’s a Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Morgan State University graduate and lives in Upton. In 2013, she launched Nnamdi Consulting Services to provide various project management, systems/software, and community development services. Nneka gave birth to Fight Blight Bmore, an economic, environmental, and social justice tool for residents to identify, report, track, and analyze blight in 2016.
